Troy and April own and operate JDV Stables. Together their love and vast knowledge in the equine industry, in every aspect, brought them to open their doors in 2004.
Nestled on 22 acres of partly wooded land, with captivating and picturesque views. Endurance and leisure horse trails lead you to a beautiful fish filled, spring fed pond. Nature being the main back drop, quiet and peace surround you here.
The facility, being centrally located in the township of Lyons (Burlington) is easily accessible from many surrounding areas. Including, Lake Geneva, Elkhorn, East Troy, Rochester and Delevan. Short distance with trailer to several riding trails. Richard Bong Park and Southern Kettle Moraine to name a few!
Whether you are a casual trail rider or a multi-skilled horse show competitor, you will find this facility meets or beats your highest expectations.
All breeds of horses are happily welcome here. Troy and April have in –depth, hands on experience with the majority of breeds. From the gaited breeds- Paso Fino’s , and Tennessee Walkers , to Quarter Horses, Thoroughbreds, Arabians , NSH to name a few.
All disciplines of riding are warmly welcome to JDV Stables. Western, English and Gaited Riders are encouraged to join us. From the Hunter/Hack, dressage and English rider to the Western Pleasure, Ranch horse Style, need for speed rider. Jumps, barrels, cones and poles are available for your use.
